Role Description & Responsibilities

As a Product Designer at LNQ, you’ll help transform ideas into clear, modern, and user-friendly digital experiences. You’ll work closely with the team to design interfaces, improve user flows, and shape how LNQ products look and feel. Responsibilities: - Design web and mobile interfaces - Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes - Improve user journeys and overall usability - Collaborate with developers during implementation - Maintain consistency across LNQ’s design system - Review existing features and suggest design improvements - Help turn new ideas into practical product experiences

No specific years of experience are required. We’re looking for someone with a good eye for design, basic knowledge of UI/UX principles, and a willingness to learn and contribute. Experience with Figma or similar design tools is preferred. Students, recent graduates, and self-taught designers are welcome to apply. A portfolio or previous design work is a plus, but not required.

Flexible availability. We’re looking for someone who can contribute consistently while balancing university, work, or other commitments. There are no fixed working hours. Team members are expected to communicate clearly, attend important meetings when possible, and complete agreed tasks on time. Expected commitment: Approximately 3–5 hours per week, depending on current projects and priorities.
